•How do I get started in your lessons?

You can book a trial lesson with me. We can use Zoom, Skype, or any other platform that you prefer. I will ask you some initial questions to prepare the lesson. I will also ask you about your goals and preferences. You can also let me know how many homework you want. I will keep a specific file for your progress and lessons.

•Will you also teach me cultural aspects of Cantonese?

Of course! I am a Hong Kong native, I will teach you many customs and traditions of Hong Kong. You can ask me about Hong Kong, Guangzhou, or any other Cantonese-speaking region. For more advanced students I will also teach you some slang and idioms that are commonly used in Hong Kong. If you are interested, I can give you tips and tricks of the daily life in Hong Kong.

•How do I pay for your lessons?

You can pay for my lessons through PayPal, Stripe, or any other platform that you prefer. There are also specific platforms like Preply that you can use to pay for my lessons. Also, if you cancel a lesson with enough time, I will not charge you for it.

•Can you give lessons on the weekend?

Yes, I am flexible, I adapt to different timezones and I am available during some times in the weekend. Send me a message with your availability times and we can find the best one. After that, we can schedule the same time every week if you want.

•I want to introduce Cantonese to my kids, can you help?

Definitely! I have experience teaching kids and I can adapt the lessons to make them fun and engaging for them. I can also provide more suitable resources and materials to help them learn. I can also arrange gift Cantonese lessons for friends and family and coordinate with them.
